It may have changed and probably easier to do now.
It is also stated in 1 of the Sam's Review that is titled: A solid router if you know how to set up.

It's been pulled off their site. I can't click re order and the page is gone. Hope I didn't ruin people getting one now
to be honest, if you are linksys fan and not against spending $.
Its been a damn awesome router,
gaming, ps4 ps5 all devices, room mates, tvs, laptops phones, nothing has lagged once, and no lag at all on the the ps4 and ps5 playing together.
I said I paid 150, truth. She said our systems down, it's reading it as price now 299.99, enjoy.
So I ended up exchanged and I did get a V2 now.
Wanted to as though, because I havent upgraded in a while these news routers use something called band steering which combines both 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections from what I can tell as the Wifi is on one name and log in now, I am used to it being separated.
For best performance, should I separate them with this router or keep band steering on where it is combined?
I am on gigbit 1000mbps internet now and wifi on my desktop to about 20 ft or so away, I am getting up to 500mbps OTA. Ethernet gets me pretty close though 950-980 mbps.

so I assume yours will do the same just fine
Mr9610 V1. it looks entirely different inside than V2. but im not complaining, it seems to be working beautifully.
Avoid the wifi 6 e hydra. also, the netgear wifi 6e' routers are also getting trash reviews. im assuming there's some compatibility issues to get worked out. it would drop them and refuse to let things connect for minutes but the signal was still live. just strange, happened to all the iPhones in my house.
never disconnected the consoles though. but this is something that has never happened on my 5 year old linksys router. just strange indeed
