The one I have has two speed controls rabbit and turtle, but I honestly don't get much use out of the low speed. High speed with regulated throttle lets me finess leafs out of mulch beds and rocks off the driveway.
I get roughly 25 minutes of runtime with a full battery.
The blower is well balanced and not cumbersome, if you have a few good batteries that you can rotate in; I think this can handle a good variety of home jobs.
