Epic Games will offer Pine for free starting on 6 May 2021.
Pine is an open world action adventure simulation game. Set in the beautiful world of Albamare, you take on the role of Hue, a smart young adult who will have to explore, trade, and fight his way through a vibrant world filled with creatures much smarter than humans.

If so, maybe check into Starlink, to see if it's available in your area yet. It's currently still in beta, but from online articles, seems like people get pretty decent speed and I believe it's unlimited data. It's $99 /month, but with an upfront cost of $499 for the Starlink kit.
