This is a single mask, but it has 3 layers, accommodates a filter, has a nose wire, has adjustable ear straps, and is made of 100% cotton which had been treated with anti-microbial and water repellent finishes.
I have not tested this style with the promotional codes and there is a note that promos don't apply, but the style in the OP also notes that promos don't apply, so it's worth trying if you're interested in a higher level of protection. There are additional styles of two and three packs available to try on the site, as well.
edit: The promo codes didn't take anything off a different three pack style I tried, but there are additional $5 options available, if you're looking for other styles or a mask which accommodates a filter.
Based on the reviews on the site, it does not accommodate filters. Apart from that, it seems like a good enough deal.

These things are definitely only worth a dollar at most. These are extremely thin in material, making these far more breathable and comfortable than any mask I've used, but it also means it doesn't really protect you as much as thicker masks that I've bought elsewhere.
The 3-pack mask are very porous and the 2-pack are slightly less porous. If holding this up to a light...you can see through the material especially on the 3-pack.
So I'm not sure how protection these really offer given how thin they are, but if in an outdoor setting, maybe these are okay? However, these likely won't offer much protection in a crowded indoor environment

You think thicker fabric is "protective"? ALL cloth masks are extremely porous. You get the same "protection" from a cheap cloth one as an expensive one.
