I get what you mean but as someone who uses that at work the plastic lenses are great. I've had them fall off my hat and hit the floor repeatedly without a scratch.
Cracked some glass lenses when the same happened. Glass is better clarity wise but plastic is much more durable and a lot are rated as safety glasses.
Went with these polarized glass lens Persol glasses for $90 after a coupon: https://eyedictive.com/product/pe...ft-square/

Woot is owned by Amazon and you can find some awesome deals. But they really are YMMV in terms of quality and customer service.
When I called Woot to complain about my cancelled order they told me the supplier was eyedictive. I thought that was intersting being eyedictive is also selling cheap on here so much.

Depends on use case. For long driving sessions, scratched lenses drive me crazy, plastic or glass. Glass has far better optical properties for people that don't have great eyesight.
A little more recently I bought a 65" LG OLED, it was missing the back panel to cover the inputs, they credited my $100 when I called in to ask for a replacement and one wasn't available. It ended up being an absolutely smokin' deal as it was a refurb which had a new panel.
