Just ordered the 12.9 Pro myself using the $100 of $500+ coupon I got through customer service. The rep didn't even have a conversation, just asked for my name and membership number and the next message had my unique coupon code. I sent her a thank you and she was gone 10 seconds later lol

I did have to wait about 45 mins before I got to talk to a rep though.
