Yes, not only for Costco purchase. As for the other Citi, you have to read the terms of that card.

I was deciding between the two myself. I ended up going with the newer 5th gen mainly because of the M1 - to have a whole computer chip in a tablet is definitely a step up. Plus there's an upgraded display, but I'm not sure if the average user like myself would appreciate it.

Would you rather buy the new iPad 11" 128gb for $650+tax, or an iPad Air 11" 4th gen 64gb w/ Magic Keyboard for $600?

Personally the new Pro w/ 8 GB RAM and quad Big cores vs 4 GB w/ 2 Big cores. It should last much longer, but all depends on usage.

Went for Pro 11" 512GB model, I think soon we will see either official or hacked MacOS X on this M1 chip. Pair it with an external monitor and magic keyboard, pretty much like a Macbook Air.

Heard a lot of bad words about Macbook/M1 on its 256GB SSD life.

Looks like Macbook Air 512GB is also on sale for $1000 after $100 coupon. That's not a bad deal. Too bad it does not have 16GB RAM.
