This worked well with $100 off coupon. As other posters said get customer service to issue you promo coupon.

I read someone saying they aren't issuing it manually. It was for selected customers.

Finally decided to use my coupon to pick up an 11" 128GB with AppleCare+. Not usually one for AppleCare but with 4 psycho mancubs at home with a total of 40 grabby fingers I am happy just treating the coupon like free AppleCare.

Pay monthly with APPLECARD only get Immediate Trade in credit off the top $1099-$455

Thank you so much appreciate the info. With me I dont want to ship it in so will be doing it in store..is it the same process..I make an appt, go to the store, they examine the ipad, see its in perfect condition..and I get a gift card for 455 that I can either use in store to buy an ipad or whatever, or I can take it home and purchase an ipad or whatever I choose and get it shipped to me? Ive been told that all of my local stores(I live in Los Angeles) do in store trade in for ipads, etc just never done it before..the only reason I dont feel comfortable shipping it to Apple is because I know how any company can be, I say its perfect when it is, they receive it and say "Oh ya know its not as perfect as you say so gonna lower your trade in value" that is why I prefer in store

I called in yesterday and was immediately referred to another department. They gave me my code over the phone and told me it expired on 05/07.

Background: I had marketing emails off and have been on their executive plan for 2 years.

There has been a banner on the top of their contact us page saying they won't be issuing coupons to non-targeted accounts. But many folks have received codes still. I chatted with a rep on Saturday, and they gave me a code right away. Used it last night, no issues.
