On Android, they fixed the issue of not having enough funds on the gift card. It'll charge the remainder to your credit card. This was fixed a while ago. It's also not an issue on the iPhone app.

Ignore the wrong answers people gave you above without actually checking the facts.

They ever fix the design with loading cards on your Chipotle app? (can only use 1 at a time. won't go through if they try to charge the whole amount when you have less than the total left. Others...?)
(also yeah, $50 for $45 is on the low end of GC offers. Still better than nothing.)

The (iPhone) app will allow you to drain the remaining balance of one (1) gift card stored in your account and pay the remainder with a credit card. You cannot pay with multiple gift cards (online).

Not bad. Here's another heads-up for a separate Chipotle offer:

My Amazon Visa, through Chase, is offering 5% cashback this month for purchases through Chipotle. Obviously wouldn't be stackable with a gift card, but it was refreshing to see a Chase offer for a place I actually patronize.

but it does still only let you load 1 card at a time apparently... eh? (still haven't used up the last $50 card I loaded and don't want to get another if I can't load it right away, before I end up forgetting about it.)

That's right, you can't merge gift cards or pay online with more than 1 gift card. I end up with a bunch of gift cards with $3 on them, then eventually have to make a trip into the store and order and pay there to scan the orphans one at a time to finish them off.

You don't have to do that anymore. It lets you clear your gift card and pay the remaining balance with your credit card now as other mentioned earlier. You are still limited to one saved gift card at a time however.
