The price is fine, but amazon had it cheaper, and Moto will not be supporting this phone with updates (it's 2+ years old now, and their update support is bad even with newer phones), so just be aware that you won't get updated. No 5g either.

My expert opinion is that this is not a good deal.

If you search for previous deals, they have been as low as $70 in recent months, if not $110.

Plus this phone will not be getting any further android version updates.

It's a good deal, but two reasons I wouldn't do it: Unlike the G5 and G6, G7 Plus are not Verizon compatible. Also, SD card memory can't be adoptable as system memory.

What is the current version of Android on this? If it is 10 still probably be ok for someone as a second phone or kid or senior or to use as a loaner till you can get a better phone but with Android 9 many things like dark mode for theme etc are all missing

Not according to the website. If you have navigate to the phone and the specs for carrier compatibility it says "not supported" for Verizon and "Other MVNOs on Verizon's network"

I had G7 and G7 Power, both factory unlocked model. They are definitely Verizon and Sprint compatible. I don't know G7 Plus though.

I have one of these and it's a terrific phone for T-Mobile it has v o l t e and Android 10 works great. the only real issue is getting a case that fits the oblong camera.

mine from BB was actually a Unlocked Revvlry+ and the power button was Tmobile magenta color. Wifi calling on Tello worked and a good deal when listed off contract for $70 by mistake. Most complaints are the battery life. I thought the camera and speaker were decent for the price.
