For the record, I've always had good experiences buying codes from them. Never had to deal with their customer service though.
First off, apologies if you received a used code. That is definitely frustrating, but not something we cannot resolve.
I haven't seen the conversation you had with our customer support, but I am absolutely sure they are not trying to screw you over.
From what I have seen on their side, they always follow the standard procedure of resolving a support ticket.
That being said, they need proof that the code is indeed invalid and it's not a case of someone trying to screw us over with a false claim, so I do understand that it can get frustrating in some situations; especially if there is any misunderstanding of another party's intentions.
Would you mind if I jumped in the case and made sure you got your issue resolved as a priority?
If you wouldn't mind, just please send over your order ID or support ticket number to this SlickDeals account's DMs so I have a reference and can get in touch with our support team and ask them to prioritise your case.
Cheers,
A guy from Eneba

Short term update:"So people get a message saying 2 months, but it shows up as 4 Months. Might want to jump on it and redeem as soon as possible if you have any codes sitting around."
Use them if you got them. I bought a year and got the 4 months before they flip the switch.

I had the same problems I literally bought 5 codes a month ago and I went to use them on my vacation this week and found out they were all bunk codes. They literally robbed me of 10$ and gave me already used codes. It's sad when you trust random ebay sellers over a site you thought was reputable. Avoid eneba like the plague everyone im going to share my story on every single eneba post until they're shut down. Why these scammers are allowed to post on slickdeals literally beats me but if I save one person from getting robbed by them thieves it's worth it.
