oh no.. my secret is out! LMAO

although.... thanks to my very scary cardiologist and primary doctor, I have not had even one sip of alcohol or one bite of red meat since March 2018. Smilie Frown on the flip side, my numbers are excellent, as if I'm 20 again, according to the same two doctors... the only thing bad is that cutting out red meat and alcohol has lowered my sex drive.(sad but true)

whatever numbers that make my cardiologist super happy.

My blood pressure was a bit high after my annual checkup & doc sez don't add salt to my food. Pressure went down but I decided to be pro-active and just do some cardio during the week and now I can eat anything within reason and my checkups have been excellent. Goes to show you a little exercise and moderation goes a long way.
