If you want to kill just weeds and leave the grass alone, you need a selective herbicide like these Ortho products. Compare n Save also makes a selective herbicide with the same active ingredients as this deal (not the one with glyphosate), but this deal beats it in terms of price per oz.

Stuff actually works quite well for its intended purpose as a selective herbicide. Weed/Feeds are a different use case.

You want weed clear. Just make sure not to get it on the flowers, it'll kill anything green it comes in contact with.

Honestly, I've used this stuff and variations of it from big box stores for years... sometimes it does well other times it does nothing. I've never had it last more than 30 days before weeds start returning. I've had much better success dropping $40-50 on Drive XLR8, MESO 4 or T-Zone (off season prices) than any of this stuff. It's pricey but works and lasts me a while. Don't forget some methylated seed oil to mix in. I guess it just depends on yard size and weed quantity. I live in the south... so without a lot of prep and maintenance all I would have is weeds, lol..

This is a great price. For Weed B Gon, it says 'many Northern and Southern lawns' which means it most likely will kill St Augustine grass.
