Is this a regional of timed sale? I saw this the other day and went to my local Costco and it was regular price.

Earlier last week I saw it at my local Costco on sale for $999.99. I went back 2 days later and couldn't find the item. l am not sure if it was an in-store clearance or just a regular sale. I will have to ask at the front desk and see if it's going to be restocked or if that was it.

FYI - The smaller version 3.5' x 3' is on clearance at my local costco for $199.97.

It very well could be regional however I do not know. I live on Long Island and bought one from my nearest Costco. Floor space in Costco is precious so I assume with the warm weather right around the corner It's time to clear these out.

I'm long island also, I went to the one in Holbrook and they didn't have it when I checked. What location where you in?

I went to the Stony Brook / Lake Grove location. I picked it up yesterday morning and I believe they had 2 or 3 remaining from the stack I got mine from.

Thanks, I just called and they are still priced at 999 with a few remaining. Guess I know where I'm going after work.

They had at least one in boxes at the Commack store last Saturday for $999. Was tempted but resisted.

Got one at the $1399 price, pretty decent, easy to assemble, most difficult part of the process is getting a stable and level foundation.
There is no flashing on the skylight vent so it will leak which also needs a screen to keep bugs from entering
