How about "show proof of vaccination and get a free coffee"? As a healthcare worker working in an emergency room I'd much rather see this.

Wonder what their definition of "healthcare workers" is. Does it include IT people? What about janitorial, food staff, lab techs, volunteers, security, etc? Last year, Starbucks included anyone in healthcare and didn't require proof.

Most of the fine print stipulates those coming face to face with patients, etc; not those behind the scenes who had minimal to no risk.
