You might have to have done it during the initial post. Not sure if you can do during a deal edit? But if you scroll to the bottom of your edit, you'll see "Miscellaneous Options" "Attach Files" "Thread Subscription". If you click on "Manage Attachments" you can upload photos.
SlickDeals may also have a minimum post requirement before they allow it. Not entirely sure, but it's not mentioned in the new user limits.

thanks for posting this i purchased all 7 for 50$ each at my store and returned them to a store where they are 120 each without receipt and i got the full 120 back on each gift card.

Somewhat related. I bought an open boxed 8tb a few months ago at Walmart. Tried to shuck it but neither my PC or Synology would read it. Something to do with WD making sure the SATA connector would only work with their external casing. Plenty of online suggestions of taping the third pin by blocking it from getting read by your PC/NAS box. Didn't work for me.
