Got one similar item from TJMaxx , helps to get back and leg straight but most importantly I use on neck after computer sessions. Material plays huge role, memory foam with cooling gel is preferable.

Those pictures are a bit "revealing" for a knee pillow.

Tried a bunch of similar products in the past and found most of the foam based ones were either too firm or too thick.

I eventually found that these $1.99 cushions from Ikea are just about right:
https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/turi...-00392970/

Note that they've had a few variations over the years and some have worked better than others. The ones I originally got ~10 years or so ago were really good, the ones that came after that had padding that clumped together, and the most recent ones seem OK so far.

I sleep with one between my knees and another between my ankles and it does help.

Got a white one last time they were on sale and I love it. The pillow is holding up great and I like to use it for leaning on when I'm laying down in bed reading. I've washed the cover a few times. Thinking on getting a second one. Thank you for posting!

The one OP posted is not as ergonomic! I have been using the one I posted for over a year and have had the best sleep! Got it for 14.99 from Sam's club. But for 19 at Amazon incl shipping is a wonderful deal!

Hmm...I was looking to buy one of these pillows but a friend of mine's suggest to get the ones that has the strap on it so it can stay in place. He swears by the straps but I have a lot of body heat and I usually kick off my blankets during sleep. Could anyone that has used these pillows before tell me if the straps are a must have feature? TIA

Personally, I dont like the straps. I find them too confining, plus, as you mentioned, some times I dont the pillow anymore (I get hot) and can just remove it easily. I've never found myself wishing my current one came with a strap. If you're unsure, you could always get one with a strap and just not use it, or if it really bothers you, remove it.

You should get out of your basement more often.
