I don't think I have used this brand, but cheese powder is great for making cheese sauces. Mix some with milk or water, browned hamburger, and egg noodles, and you have a nice "hamburger helper". How about some cheese sauce for nachos? Or as a dip. And of course, there is always mac & cheese.

What's the advantage to use this over real cheese? Is it cheaper? Can you keep it unrefrigerated? Is it lower fat content? Clearly for sprinkling over popcorn this is superior (though you can buy cheese popcorn seasoning pretty cheap), but why would I make like mac and cheese or otherwise keep this around?
