what does the sodium citrate do in this recipe?
I didn't know milk and beer were interchangeable. [except when eating hot food]
Interested in learning what you know. thanks.
Just a little info for you!
Source: I work in food manufacturing.
You work in food manufacturing? Would love to hear what else you know. seriously.
fwiw, i got this stuff at the start of the pandemic. i wouldn't buy it again. i didn't find it working well on popcorn. was nice to add to mac/cheese or hamburger helper as a flavor boost. but ends up adding too much salt for my tastes.
[i ordered the white cheddar powder but it hasn't arrived yet] was hoping it would be less salty than mac n cheese powder.
anyone else remember making this crap in elementary school?
I use it for fries.
clearly nobody knows how to shop for food anymore. Stick to your stupid over priced doordash and uber
treats...eats,, whatever its called, leave the shopping to people who know what they're doing. this is a
stupid deal.
You're welcome.

rennett based (aka non-vegetarian option) ?
or
microbial based ?
or
vegetarian based ?
Considering it's food, and a powder at that, it's likely just a dented container. I guess we'll see 😂.
I just recevied mine, although I'm not sure if the corners were previously dented or ended up that way from shipping. Probably both.
I can cook, but for this product the simpler recipe the better.
