I waited for 20 years, and I was not disappointed. Amazing remakes, great deal.
Yes RE3 is really short but it's a really fun ride while it lasts IMO. RE2 is the more fleshed out remake and has a bigger survival horror feel to it. RE3 is more of a great action title with some survival horror aspects. Nemesis is probably one of the coolest bosses in gaming. Lol

Last time I saw one of these threads, people were saying RE2 Deluxe is better if you want to use skin mods because various skins use different slots and apparently there are only so many available. However, I only intended to play the game with the built-in skins and probably twice, so I was happy saving $7 on a $12-18 game.

Pretty good value for RE2 at this price (though it has been lower at this site).

RE3, on the other hand, is like 4 hours long. Not as impressed with its value.

I picked up deluxe for mod support, that and I've already beaten this game before and just want to mess around in it. Tempted to get Village Deluxe since that's under $60 on that site. Unless if I can find it cheaper from somewhere else.

Both fun games but just a little disappointed with how short RE3 is. You can complete the game in about 4 hours. If you could only buy one go with RE2 for sure.

RE2 is extremely well done update, most of the time I kept commenting how much of an overhaul they did to it. If you have to buy one get this first, RE3 is good but very short.
