Can someone please tell me what the paracord bracelet is used for ?
TECHNICALLY people make them so you have a small wearable item that has a decent amount of paracord in it if you needed it for something. Plus usually a whistle in it (and another I got as a promo has a crappy compass and a flint and striker that does work).
Some people make bag slings and belts so that you actually have a lot of cord if needed. A bracelet, not so much. In reality it is more of a tacticool accessory.

The theory, according to the internet commandos at least, is you always have X number of feet of "cordage" you can use in an emergency. Real world? That rope would be useless after wearing, showering, etc in only a few months and could / would actually become a liability if it were used in any essential function. It has a whistle too which is FAR more useful than soon to be worn out non-load bearing rope but you can get much louder whistles for 99 cents that attach to a keychain. A loud whistle is something anyone worried about survival would NEVER leave home without.

As long as someone like you is along on the trip, I'll just take care of the s'mores and booze 😅
