No, the remaining credit will move to account credit (instead of a phone line credit), but it will take 2 billing cycles to see it. I did that with the iPhone 11 Pro last year and I still getting the $31.05 credit every month on my account (I paid off back in mid November).
Wow thanks so much for all the help!

I have a note 8 and it's crazy to think it gets 1/6th the price of an iPhone 8. Even an iPhone 7 gets 2x more. Not worth trading in although I'd love to get rid of it.

Gotta find an iPhone 8 now.

Trade in by mail is processed by Assurant. They will reject it and you will lose the promo and the phone. You can give it a shot in store but don't do it by mail.

Happy Mother's Day 💜

From 5/8 - 5/9 there will be two trade in promotions with NO AAL required on ANY postpaid voice rate plan (including Sprint). DO NOT CONTACT T-MOBILE UNTIL TOMORROW. You're wasting your time and their time. There is a max of 2 of each promotion per account. As always all trade ins must have no screen damage, no water damage, must power on, and be paid off. Also if you took advantage of a recent iPhone 12 trade in promotion, sadly there's no way to get the difference.

We got the 12 mini for free from the last promo last fall. You think we can trade that one in to upgrade to the 12/12 pro?
Yes but you need to pay it off first or T-Mobile will add the remaining balance on 12 mini to your new order. Not worth it.

You're saying trade in at store is easier?

I'm an existing T-Mobile customer with 4 lines. It looks like this deal requires me to open a new line and trade in any phone up to $830 max credit(I'll trade in iPhone 11 Pro Max) , rest of the balance on pro max will be $1099-$830 over 24months. Did I get this right?
No need to open new line

I am a Google phone user, and several of the functions I was using on my Pixel didn't function well on my S21.

The design, OS, and camera are all fantastic, but the usability (for my needs) is not optimal.

An A71 5G seems like a good option to trade in. Is the 12 pro worth the upgrade over the 11 pro?
