" 1. Activate a new line of service on an eligible plan. "

Must add a new line unlimited data plan, right?

Their website is farked. Won't let me hit the "trade in this device" button, not even loading on the mobile app.

I love sorting through the 10000 item long samsung generic list too that is unsearchable every time

Any work around to skip the shipping fees , doing thru online. Thanks
I just chat with CS and they credit the shipping fee back to my monthly bill. Easy that way then asking for refund back to CC.

T Mobile is an absolute nightmare to fight with over promised bill credits and manager callbacks that never come. I want to murder the lying store manager that promised me a certain amount for our phones, sold us 3 new ones, added insurance to all of them without asking, then promised to apply a bill credit manually each month after T Mobile was unwilling to do what he had promised and he has since ghosted me. T Mobile service has been decent but I would never, ever, ever buy a phone through them again that involved bill credits because they will screw you at every opportunity. Buyer beware!
Absolutely. Do not go into a retail store if at all possible.

Did anyone find out if this works for more than 2 lines per account ? It allows me to upgrade/checkout online for the 3rd line, but I am not sure if they will eventually give the promo credit.

Fine print on first page says max 2 per account. Couldn't find the exact fine print on t-mobile page for this deal. I could only find the eligible trade-in of iphone deal. (not other android phones).
Answering my own question above. After a bit of google time - found this link that gives the terms of this deal -- and says max 2 per account. I will see later if I can talk to a representative

No. Check the WIKI of this post for the offer code and promotion terms. This offer doesn't require a new line of service.

Getting one right now. They let me open the box (generic) and turn it on (mine had 16% battery left). Physically, it's spotless. I'm confident it will work fine.
Are you on standard plan or a Kickstart Plan?

2 per account.

You could do 2 of the iPhone offers and 2 of the Samsung offers.

So when it says "up to" $830, does that mean. Some of the phones in that list get less? Wife and I have a OnePlus 6 and 7t I would trade, but would like to know. Thanks

Sorry if I am in the wrong thread, but I couldn't find any discussion for Sprint customers, but maybe someone here can advise. I logged into my Sprint account just now but can't find the exact same deal. When I try to do Upgrade, the max credit is $530 not $830. Chat rep said $830 trade-in is only for Add A Line.
I was able to show the $830 discount on a line that currently has an iPhone8 on it. But I stopped at checkout when is said Kickstart Plans would need to be changed when phone is activated.

Anyone know if Kickstart will get kicked off with this deal?

What's the best way to take advantage of this if I don't have one of those phones available to trade in? Can I order one on eBay - if so which would be the best value?

I am in same boat. Tmobile rep said we have to pay off your existing EIP before we start a new one. and we will continue to get old credits
Anyone did that in the past? So you are saying say for a monthly payment of $30, we are paying $10 due to a promotion, when we pay off, we will pay the $30xX months, but continue getting $10 due to promotion?
