In that case it's a unique listing offer and the IMEI will be displayed on the sales page right after your purchase. If you order good quality or spend $10 more for mint you should be golden. Once purchased on the sales page you will see the serial number (IMEI):

If you order from an enterprise seller with generic images and none displays the unique listing number the IMEI will NOT show up and you may have to wait until they are back in the office on Monday and the deal could be over.

Thanks.
I wanted to trade in 4
Will wait for another promo
Chatting with T-Force usually results in them waiving shipping and service fees. I realize that Costco offers $30 rebate card, but I will gladly forego that to avoid interacting with the Wireless Advocate morons, waiting at the kiosk forever, as well as avoiding the drive to Costco, and the weekend crowds there.

First rep told me if I pay off the old device the credits will stop to give way for the new promo as they cannot give 2 promos on one line. Second rep told me if I pay it off early the promotion applied to it will drop off since the first requirement for the promo is to get the phone under the installment plan.
Edit: I called TMobile Customer service... they were able to honor the deal for me... When I tried online, I got an error saying that it's not eligible. I called in-store guys were able to confirm that my business account lines would be eligible as well.

Initial out of pocket looks like this:
Device/Accessory Description Cost/Down Payment
iPhone 12 Pro Max - Pacific Blue - 256GB $199.99
iPhone 12 Pro Max - Gold - 128GB $99.99
Sub Total $339.98
Sales Tax $181.35
Estimated Shipping $14.99
Total $536.32
I think they said there was a fee for doing the upgrade over the phone of $20 but that seems well worth it to me given the many pitfalls and cost of screwing it up
Rep said the new monthly fee would go up by about $8 per phone ($16 in our case)
So if you do the math that works out to $536+($16*24 Months)= $920 over the next 2 years for roughly $2500 (including tax) worth of phones.
Also we are still on the 55+ senior plan that runs about $70/month for 2 unlimited lines.
