In that case it's a unique listing offer and the IMEI will be displayed on the sales page right after your purchase. If you order good quality or spend $10 more for mint you should be golden. Once purchased on the sales page you will see the serial number (IMEI):

If you order from an enterprise seller with generic images and none displays the unique listing number the IMEI will NOT show up and you may have to wait until they are back in the office on Monday and the deal could be over.

See their Recurring Device Credit page:

You may have one Recurring Device Credits (RDC) promo per line at a time. To get a new Recurring Device Credits (RDC) promo and keep your current credit, you must pay off the existing EIP first.
If you pay off your EIP early, you'll continue to receive the promised Recurring Device Credits (RDC) as an account-level credit through the remaining months of the promotional credit period (up to 24 or 36 months).
Thank you
Additionally, you can't pay off an EIP by deducting the remaining Recurring Device Credits (RDC) installments from the remaining EIP balance. The full EIP balance must be paid to close out the plan.
Out the door with 2 clean ones for $402 with tax.
Gave them to the Tmobile down the street for 2 iPhone 12's. $80 TIV each on the spot to cover taxes and activation + $1500 more in bill credits the next 24 months.

I have 2 on one right now.
For example, say I buy the 128gb iPhone Pro for $999.99 per this promo. I must pay tax immediately on $999.99. Also, shipping and assist fees if not waived. Then the EIP is set up for $999.99 / 24 months. That is $41.67 per month.
Next, the promo credit is factored into it. In this case, it is max of $830. Say that I trade in my iPhone 8. The device valuation is $100 (for example). That $100 gets applied to my account within two bill cycles once my trade is approved.
So now my credits remaining are down to $730, which divided by 24 months is $30.42. So every month for 24 months, T-Mobile will bill me $11.25 ($41.67-$30.42) to pay off the device in full.
An iphone 8 isn't worth 500. And most people have been with t-mobile for years, what's another 2 years?
Did you pay anything up front?

Seems you lose credit if you upgrade again (jump)
Losing promotional credits
We want you to take full advantage of our promotional credit. So, please keep in mind the following, which will disqualify you from continuing to receive promotional credits:
Exchanging or returning a device outside of the offer window, where the qualifying EIP is closed
Canceling or changing the plan or service that is required for a credit promotion
Not signing your E-signature or completing the EIP during the promotional period
Performing a JUMP! upgrade to a new device from a device with a credit
Returning one phone purchased as a BOGO (buy one, get one) offer (BOGO promotions require that you keep both phones and qualifying service)
