Not sure why the downvotes. $17/TB is decent. Snagged similar WD 12TB for 199 at BB last week.

Usually they are white-labeled drives, assumed to be WD Reds.

Because that wasn't a good deal for 12TB either. 14TB have been $199 multiple times.

Really hoping chia doesn't ruin everything for data hoarders

I can't seem to get it to show up for the lower price. I'm seeing a $252 price.

I suppose if you don't need to buy any hard drives for the next 3-6 months, it's not a superb deal, but the 12TB for $200 deal is on backorder for an unknown period of time, Chia pooling is coming in 2 weeks, and Chia is barely even known about yet. Imagine if everybody with a gaming computer knew they could be plotting Chia right now.

I had that issue too. Try on mobile browser if you haven't already, private browser, and switching to cellular instead of WiFi. I'm not sure why it's being finicky, but the above worked for me.
