Not sure about console, but I ran into 100% completion-breaking bugs in this game on PC/Uplay, tried multiple times and kept running into different bugs that prevented me from hitting 100%. I'm not sure if they've since been patched or if Ubisoft just ignored it and moved on to Valhalla, which still has its own share of problems
I didn't run into any 100% completion breaking bugs, but I did run into a poop ton of bugs. This game is very buggy and is probably the buggiest Assassin's Creed game in the series.
I'm kind of digging all of these really excellent games being remastered. Mass Effect comes out soon and I have high hopes for it. Some don't do the best job, but it does show an immense interest in the golden era in gaming, which I believe is from 2004 to 2012.
The most troubling aspect in my opinion is that this trend shields companies from being victims in the current political climate. Even the highly acclaimed RE8 is getting slammed for not checking all of the progressive boxes activist groups strive for. What a sad era we live in, where artists have to follow arbitrary rules or else be slandered for expressing imagination. If you think I'm full of it or this is some made up fantasy, check out some Kotaku articles.

I don't know, I heard AC unity was much worst with its bugs

I'm not aware of the RE8 "controversy ". What's going on with it?

You're not aware of it because there is absolutely no controversy whatsoever. He's just a shill for Kotaku, a gaming rag bent on trying to appear to be different, and controversial. Don't even bother wasting your time over there.

This guy doesnt know what he is talking about. Shill.
"Cis white women are a safe option. They are just as much the default as the white men they replace. When companies want to look progressive and inclusive, they hire white women."
"In that same week, three top executives, including chief creative officer Serge Hascoët, departed from the company in light of the recent allegations of inappropriate behavior. More recently, Tommy François, the VP for editorial and creative services, left the company in early August after allegations of sexual harassment were made against him."
I believe tose guys made these AC games too. I heard he asked a female co-worker out for some drinks. So toxic and edgy.
That's why Bioware has released flop after flop, swore up and down a Mass Effect remaster would never be made, and then they did it anyways.
"BioWare also confirmed another somewhat open secret, that they are indeed working on a new Mass Effect game with a "veteran team," though they share no details other than what appears to be some concept art. No time frame, no base concept, though presumably we are not heading back to the Andromeda portion of the galaxy because well, you know."
Don't worry about my feelings, I laugh at all this stuff because it's really funny how crazy these people are. You may think freedom and expression is overrated, and yet the games made by the most "toxic" people are being updated and re-released in scores. All of these remasters are being made because all of the creative talent has been forced out or they are begging for them to come back. It's easy for me because I vote with my dollars and love these remasters. No point in being upset about a new good game that doesn't exist.

Ah, just the regular nonsense. Kotaku, Reset Era, and Twitter folks are saying it's not diverse enough. I posted some links up above. Companies kind of obey the Twitter mantra today. Just another day in planet earth and the 1st world sanitarium bonanza.
