That relies on you having those cards or buying them at hugely inflated margins. If the former then that's what I did (although still use space heater for additional heat when needed)

I don't know that I'd say electric element heaters are junk, necessarily, but I agree that ceramic heaters are objectively superior in that the coils can be comparatively fragile and more prone to failure.

You're not saving anything in electricity, though; electric heat is electric heat, and it's 100% efficient. 1500W is 1500W whether coil or ceramic. The design and quality of the fan can make a difference, however.

Yeah, the fan heaters and oil-filled radiators fill different needs. Radiant heat (the radiator) is great for more consistent and "broad" heating, while the fan heaters are great for directing more intense heat to a particular place. Obviously the design of both can make a difference, but overall, they each have their own best use-case.

I have this exact unit on sale. It is by far the best heater I own, heats the bathroom in no time. The fan function is not bad. It's not strong though.
My only complaint it that it is that it only has two speeds and no temp control.
