Never received a router like all here. But I did get a full refund for the order and was able to keep the items. All through text but it took 5 tries to get it.

Okay, so I hate to be the one asking this question, but now that I have the GC in hand, what is stopping those from just returning the sanders to the store? I mainly bought this deal for the router which I now have to purchase separately. I already have the random orbit sander so I can't think I will get much use out of these sanders as is. I'm sure there is probably a note on my order and the CS at the store will see that, right?

You got two free cordless sanders. Don't push your luck. Sell them if you dont want them.

Yeah I don't really care about the money at this point. I might just explain the situation to them and tell them to just take the sanders back. I have zero interest in selling on eBay or Craigslist.

I ended up getting my router in store.

What a mess. CS on the phone told me to go in store and return it. Tried live chat, no better.

In store the guy had one in his hand and said CS wanted to send me one at some point in the future. I said the phone CS had already told me to come in to the store. 15 minutes later they resolved it. Sent me an egift card for the amount and I purchased the router in store.

I don't think it was worth the hassle overall but this router is a great tool.

I'm sure the store would not allow them to just take them from you for free, would probably be a big headache for their stock keeping. Give it to Goodwill or Habitat and take a $60 tax deduction?

My router just arrived via Fedex. They refunded my original order by 1/2 and sent me a P601 discounted to $21. Grand total after all adjustments was $59, so I saved around $10 more than the original deal.

*Edit*. Fedex listed the weight of the router around 3.64 lbs. Both sanders came out to 5.13 lbs. For those who haven't gotten any of their packages yet, unless your shipment is around 8 lbs, count on the router being missing
