Offer didn't show up anywhere initially. Added $30 GC and started checkout. Bonus BOGO card showed up in checkout.

Was able to place order. Received confirmation email immediately. Waiting for the GC and bonus card.

I'd go with the Chipotle credit card.

It costs $149/year to subscribe, but you get 5% back on all Chipotle purchases, and double frequent flyer miles on Spirit Air. And you'll be helping out the environment.

Hopefully this would also trigger 4%... No annual Fees
