The thing I don't like about the chair is that the fabric where your butt goes is held on to the frame by some weak staples, and the fabric gives a little as the staples get ripped off the plastic frame. It's not so bad that your butt falls through the chair, but the staples that hold fabric towards the FRONT of the chair don't give out so the seat bottom ends up feeling like it's angled upwards. This creates pressure on your hamstrings which I find a bit uncomfortable.
I returned the first chair for a replacement and the second chair did the same thing.
I'm nowhere near the 275 lb weight limit, so I feel like it's a design flaw. I still kept it as I found it more comfortable than the Costco chair even with the saggy butt issue.
The Kroy is best if you're 5'10"-6'2", but shorter folks can use it with a footrest.

I'm not a fan of mesh seats so I like a chair with cushion - the one in the Kroy is a bit firm for my taste, so I'm thinking about trying out the TP9000 chair. Anyone with experience with both chairs able to compare?
