My wife just made Creme Brulee last night and was only able to find one ramekin. Now she will have a whole set.

Just note that these are quite small at 5 oz. Usually for creme brulee you use 8 oz or 12 oz.

Per this recipe [seriouseats.com] (viva Serious Eats!!), you'd want to use 6 oz. ramekins for creme brulee. These are 16.7% smaller than the size you'd want to use.

I have a bunch of a similar size baby bowl. I use it to hold ingredients when cooking or baking, makes it super easy to keep things organized especially when things need to get cooked at different times

I use them for prep (mise en place) when cooking or for individual sauce.

I use my corningware ones for baked eggs in my air fryer. Usually I'll make a hashbrown then when it's time to flip it I'll put in my egg.

Ramekin? Isn't that a condum brand name?

…I guess it still used for holding a creme brûlée either way 🤣🤣🤣

You're kidding, right? Everything small or saucy.
