Although this seems like a great deal. Home Depot is sending orders without the trim router. Seems like it wasn't supposed to include it.

If they have not cancelled the router, they apparently intend to send it.... I have had this happen with HD several times.

I got my order shipped without the router too, with the box teared open at the bottom.

Yea, Tomwil, that would svck.... If you call HD, they might have a different tracking number for the router, or in their system, has not yet been shipped. I normally use the chat deal.

Just going through our orders, they almost always ship by FedEx Ground that subcontracted, may deliver down the street or across town. If FedEx says delivered, HD is no help and a huge runaround.... I get it with the millions of orders shipped, but just went through same and decided to do it differently next time with wrong item sent. A roll of tape or whatever, my conscious is clear of not cheating anyone.

Take pictures with your phone of the open box bottom outside where it was delivered as proof. Personally, I try to include the shipping label in the photo.
