not keto friendly
It's 8 net carbs per bag, which can be keto friendly depending on your daily net carb limit goal. To compare, a bag of Quest chips average 5 net carbs per bag.

Cavemen died in their 20s & 30s. Plus once you get off keto, you won't like the results.

What's wrong with soy?
1. It has poor bioavailability. Protein bioavailability of 74 vs. 100 for whey which is what quest uses in their crisps. Lower amino acid score and lower protein efficiency ratio too vs. whey.

2. It's estrogenic. However, if you eat one bag of these chips and that's your only soy protein, you're fine.

At least from a taste/texture/enjoyment perspective, I found these to be awful. Like eating seasoned cardboard Frown

Would rather just eat a mix of nuts for some tasty, health protein, maybe downed with a reasonably tasty Premier Protein or other shake on the side.

Going off keto you'll gain back water weight. I missed fruits so I stopped doing it. But then binged on foods I deprived myself and gained back like 10 pounds. I'll probably try keto again eventually if I need a weight loss boost and want to detox off carbs for a couple weeks to a month

If it only represents 5-10% of your total protein sources a day you wont grow dem boobs (unless you already have them....)
With 10g at 5% of daily protein you are imputing a daily protein intake of 200g which is 6 times what you need in a day unless you are an Olympic body builder working out 4x per day.

But did they die from poor diet or dinosaur attacks? Don't just assume

You aren't going to have estrogenic effects with any normal amount of soy protein. Also if you are comparing soy to whey, I ask you to think of where whey comes from. A female cow that has lots of estrogen. Actual estrogen. Not fake plant estrogen that doesn't do anything. I'm pretty sure neither will cause you problems though. I have eaten 60-80 percent soy protein for years and my boobs have yet to come in, but my muscles have started growing. Please look at actual studies and stop falling for stupid myths.
