These are great snacks. You get a surprising amount of chips for only 100 calories and 10 grams of protein. They're my regular go-to snack, very filling, strong enough to use with dip or salsa and a healthy amount of protein.
I eat a lot of Quest chips too but there is a trade off because while they have more calories they also have more protein. However, the Flex chips are more filling and satisfying in my opinion.
The graphic on Amazon is wrong regarding calories; the Buffalo has 90, cheddar has 100 and BBQ has 120.

Nobody is suggesting you should replace protein shakes with this. But as a low-cal very satisfying snack, these are terrific. Let me know when Quest chips get down to this price.
Also, the vast majority of people who are going to buy this don't give a lick about whey vs soy. I lift and I do care about whey protein but I'll buy and eat this over Quest chips 2/3 of the time. It's cheaper, has fewer calories and is more satisfying, which are three great features of snack food that is not junk food. Yes, less protein per bag than Quest chips but I get plenty of protein in my diet so I don't miss a few grams. I'd much rather have 50 less calories so I can eat something else too. Don't worry, you can get just as swole with these, I promise!
Hell yes. The subscription gets you close to 50 cents per bag. That would be cheap even for basic Lay's.

Don't know why the thumbs down. Soy es no bueno!

Edit: to clarify, one serving is portioned from the large bags, these individual bags are 120 calories per bag
200 g of protein per day? Are you a very big guy? Dangers to overconsumption of protein
That may be the least of it. Look up dangers of ultra processed foods. Are these actually popped? Under high pressure? I'd really like to know how they pop these?
They eat smaller portions of natural soy, fermented soy mostly, not industrially produced extracts of soy… What form of soy is in this exactly? What scientists have shown conclusively…?
Maybe not but Seems like a lot of vegetarians who do a lot of soy have a lot of breast cancer? And you don't need titties for that
I heard humans would be a good protein source. Just watch your macros.
Would rather just eat a mix of nuts for some tasty, health protein, maybe downed with a reasonably tasty Premier Protein or other shake on the side.
Tried to like them myself but they did have a dry texture that I couldn't get over. They are better than many options I've seen however. I know many people like them and limit the intake amount to meet their macro or net carb goals.
