FYI - picked up a pack of these and the Powecom KN95 masks.
These do not create a tight enough seal for me... the Powercom KN95 masks work better.
Hi what is your experience with breathability with the Powecome masks, is it about the same as surgical masks or just as hard to breathe in as N95, or somewhere in between?

Hi BoonJuice,
The Bonafide Powercom ( check spelling ) masks I like for filtering, seems to work well for that considering I bought a ear loop model for me.
Proper N95 masks I would rather use if I can get them for sanding... feel they would stay on face tighter for me. I will use the Bonafide one
As everyone faces are different I would try a pack of Bonafida before committing to more.
Other masks which are very affordable and look similar, are not as good for me.
good deal i guess. paid $8.50 for 50 kn95 chinese military camo masks and i thought i got a good deal. now they increase those camo masks price to $19.99 for only 25 masks. its easier to wear these black masks than advertising for chinese military uniform.
what is used to cost? i asked about harborfreight old cost and you gave me a $2.50 per mask. thats still way expensive though.
Whatever dude.... stay cheap and breathe in the sawdust. Guess your health is worth being cheap. God forbid you spend a few bucks more to save your lungs.

Best to use N95 which are coming back in stock everywhere. Also the ear loops don't create a good seal, you need the over the head straps.

For sanding, I'd look for a N95 .. or a real respirator ( you can now find them on decent deals ).
If I had to I would use the Powercom eyeloops if I did not have N95s.. but definitely not these ones for me. ( these could fit your face better.. )

Not the cheapest but prices are more in line with what it use to cost. Ones from Home depot with the vent is pretty much what it used to cost.

Probably going to have to restart mask mandates, which I hope they do.

I like the powecom kn95 masks, feel they are good and there's a good review by a youtuber on it.

I'd recommend picking up a pack of 10 and trying them out.
