Examples are Lenovo Yoga 7i or HP Envy 13 x360. Both come with soldered DDR4 3200 memory. Lenovo Flex series from 2020, IdeaPad 5, both Ryzen and Intel, come with soldered DDR4 memory.
Using a network port that tops out at 100Mbps is odd. Everything else looks good.
