How do you redeem this? When I enter my zip code, it redirects me to the northeast page and there's no way to schedule an oil change from there.

Does not work in most AAA clubs, probably only larger ones where you can book & schedule the oil change electronically. My local AAA club is smaller - and does not have links to complete oil change and services process online. Still has me printing out a form and taking to a dealer at a 15% discount at best, but nothing for free.Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

So to share my experience:
Booked an appointment online. Received an email confirmation from the shop a few days later.
When I dropped off my car, they asked for physical AAA card, and then told me upfront about an extra $12 charge for oil (excess of 5 qts). No additional upsell or car repair scaremongering, no surprise shop fees. They told me it would take 1.5 hours and it was actually done on time.
