Booked an appointment online. Received an email confirmation from the shop a few days later.
When I dropped off my car, they asked for physical AAA card, and then told me upfront about an extra $12 charge for oil (excess of 5 qts). No additional upsell or car repair scaremongering, no surprise shop fees. They told me it would take 1.5 hours and it was actually done on time.
