These were all out of stock for quite a while due to its incredible performance/value (you can check out the comparison reviews from
Project Farm [youtube.com]). These are Japanese-made, high quality batteries. I highly recommend stock a few of them if you have chance. Also, all other IKEA stores in CA have them in stock (for now).
You have to purchase them in-store to get the discounted pricings. I will attach picture of their display for the prices.
