What a weird comment to make! It's a Full HD 3:2 laptop with an Intel i5, 8GB RAM, SSD, USB C, and a premium build quality. You will absolutely not find this kind of value anywhere else.

Yeah they were abit painful to deal with but they ended up price matching in the end. The guy i spoke to on the phone said he wouldn't because they couldnt match the model number....such a joke
