The eBay post says "fully warranted" (sic) but I'm not sure if that means the 1-year Apple warranty or the seller's 90-day warranty. Anybody know?

Apple warranty goes by serial number so if apple site will show it is still under warranty you can bring or send it to Apple for service.

For someone that's looking for an alternative to the Magic Keyboard the Logitech Folio Touch is also at a pretty good price on Amazon. I was having a hard time deciding between the two, but this one had a little protection which seemed nice. Missing the break-out USB-C connector which is a huge bummer.

I purchased off of VIP Outlet Open Box a few weeks ago. I use it with my iPad Air 4th gen and for basic web browsing and using Canvas for my online schooling, I haven't touched my Windows laptop ever since. I really only type up essays or fill in .pdf worksheets so I don't use any software that you would need to download. As long you understand what you can and can't do on an iPad, that will determine if you find a sub $200-Apple Keyboard Case worth it or not. For my usage, it was well worth it.
