The reasoning for orders being still live on the website but not shipping from the Best Buy rep was based on where they ship from. It sounded like BB tries to just do shipments from the same distribution center in your state, so I think that means if Texas has one in stock, they won't ship directly from Texas, but will use internal shipping to eventually get it to your distribution center.
Again, wouldn't be surprised if someone sees this was a price mistake and all our orders get cancelled. $99 seems like the price they meant for the smart keyboard.

My Order Status went from Order Received to "Shipment" .. but no shipping details yet.. hope it isn't a mass cancellation

Contacted the CC as the orders are delayed. I was directed to the appropriate department, where i asked if the orders were going to be fulfilled. The agent confirmed it to arrive from the vendor directly to my shipping address on 3rd June.
Similarly for Ipad which is in "reserving item" status will also be delivered on 26th as planned as per their internal shipping confirmation. So for other users i still think everyone will get it whoever has ordered it with old price.
