No way they could have this many refurbs, probably new ones they will take out the box and ship in plain brown boxes. Canon does that.

Chatted with them to see if it was a blanket response. I was told on or before 6/7, and reassured that it would ship this week, just wasn't available at my regional warehouse (sure sure). I can't click to buy it online, but in the app you can add it to cart for $231.99, delivers by 6/3. I'm hoping that's an indicator of that/when mine will ship.

I just chatted on the off chance that it might make it more likely mine gets shipped and not cancelled. They said it was awaiting pickup by the shipping company and I should get the shipping confirmation soon. I also think I might have broke the AI or macro or who/whatever I was actually chatting with because it started spouting off a bunch of rote apologies and things that didn't really make sense.

Would be great if they're shipping, almost unbelievable but would be a pleasent surprise.

I'm just shattered i didn't know the 12.9" one was the same price - i only got an 11" one but have a new 12.9" ipad on the way but no matching keyboard nooo.

I don't think these chat reps know anything. How many open box keyboards could they possibly have in inventory? My guess is most of us have our orders canceled. I hope I'm wrong but what incentive do they have to fulfill these orders with new items?

I agree. I did a chat yesterday and was assured that (per my request) they would not cancel my orders on the auto cancel dates. The rep was contacting this "Back End" team to assure nothing would get canceled. I have this "in writing" per the chat transcript (for whatever that is worth). Funny that as of 30 minutes ago, BB has Open Box refurbs (both 11 and 12.9) available to add to cart (at the higher prices), but there are none to fulfill our orders.

I'll be shocked if these keyboards ever show up.

Same, have my chat transcript and it says it will be shipped sometime in June. I actually contacted them because my money went back on my account but I didn't get any cancellation emails or notifications and the guy said the money goes back on after a certain time but when it ships then I will get charged again. I still don't think it's ever getting shipped at this point.

So I found a nearby store that was selling an open box unit and asked the manager if I can switch my order to the open box unit for the price I paid on my order but I was told NO nicely. He did say my order should be received by June 7th.
