Laptop came looking brand new with a quality case/sleeve, the only issue I had was a missing rubber foot. I sent an eBay message to Acer and they sent me 2 new rubber feet that took about a week to get to me!
Very happy with it given the price and seems like new.

She is very happy with it. The touch screen / folding stuff is overkill for her at this time, but may become more useful as she gets used to it.
Ours absolutely looked liked someone took it of the a factory sealed box and placed it directly into the brown refurb box for shipment to our house...
We have had several small Acer's over the years and never had problems with any of them.
Hopefully, this one will be same - and we won't have need of the two year warranty.
