Get an unlock sim and update the ICCID, pop it in and it's unlocked, I just did it to my TW $99 SE.

is there any other ways to update the iccid in my rsim 12?

I know this is slickdeals and that mean lots of people who buy to resell.. but as a total wireless customer I can tell you the service is great and the best part is the free rewards program that can earn you $80 for signing up and porting in your first line, if you need a referral code you can find one on Reddit under the group totalwireless. Some referrals are worth less than the full $80 but people like me that have referred a lot get you the max value. It would violate ssd rules to post a code so please visit Reddit to get one.

I'm tempted to get offer but I had the a bad experience the 1st time I've used Total Wireless. I bought a reconditioned iPhone 6 Plus that came with a broken screen and faulty sensors. Total Wireless refused to fix it and they didn't even send my gift card.

My phone came Friday. It looks brand new and still has an apple warranty until November assuming the refurb place didn't open it up. Updated an old rsim 13 I had lying around with a new UUID using my old unlocked iPhone Xr. Popped it in, activated it and am using it on ATT prepaid.
