HF has their backpack sprayer on sale. Normal price $30, typically $20 before they phased out coupons. Now you gotta wait for sales to buy at coupon price so... Here it is.

I use mine to spray Bifen to kill mosquitos.

although 4.2 out of 5
it appears the recent model is poorly constructed

BTW OP what brand of Bifen are you using?

A combined use with a leaf blower and fogger attachment:

I bought last year and had some trouble installing the backpack straps on the bottom. There are no instructions for this critical step, but was able to find help on YouTube after making things worse with brute force. I damaged the strap clips and had to return, but they were cool about it.

Learned this the hard way. Never used it once but they would not take it back.

I returned it because the back straps are PURE garbage. I'm sure so many people have spilled chemicals because the straps are so bad.

I have had mine for about 4 years and it still works like new. I only use it once a year though.

I've used one of these for over two years. If you're not familiar with pump sprayer use/maintenance, this item will probably be frustrating due lack of intuitive instructions.

If you've used sprayers before, this can be a great solution for few-time use
cases or as a single-chemical sprayer.

The straps are not good but they've worked just fine with the full 4 gallons of liquid in the tank for me during the last 2 years.

If you maintain it correctly, this backpack sprayer can work about as well as a +$80 sprayer.

My HF sprayers always end up leaking on the "wand" part. So I have the poison running down my fingers or dripping on things I don't want to kill

Products like these must be leaked tested with water before use. No entry level pump sprayers ships with the connections torqued properly - more so with plastic fittings.

I bought a top-of-the line grill and still had to perform a gas leak test before use. It's part of owning products that utilize liquids or gases, regardless of how much you pay for them.
