They pull a very descent load, I have watched my boys put them on the floor behind a big Tonka dump truck and let the engine push it across the floor.

My son was a big fan of T&F so we ended up spending a lot on these toys. He had a lots of fun playing these trackmasters and in 3 years we build up a collection of around 200 trackmasters and lots and lots of tracks and toys. Now he is 6 and he moved on the Nintendo switch and he won't even look at his of Thomas collection. I'm in DFW area if anyone is interested in buying the whole collection.

These are only metal-look plastic and extremely light, cheaply made. Makes lot of noise when running.
