A Camry is cheaper than a Ferrari? What's you point? The Roborock has mopping and cameras for AI. The wyze does not. The wyze is closer to the S4 not this. (I love wyze btw)
I guess I need to read closely. Thanks. Still on the fence, I have a S6 and need another.

Seeking your advice regarding this unit, if you are an existing owner or have done research on this unit.
My house is mostly carpet. Only kitchen and dining area has tiles. While I can do mopping manually, this unit will make life a bit easier. until now, I have been considering the S4Max for the vacuum.
a couple of questions came to mind:
1) how large is the water tank, how much area does it covers for mopping
2) and a real time feedback of the quality of mopping, how good is it really?
thanks !

The good - nearly flawless performance. Once it got a bit too close to a puppy pad and dragged it back to the charging station. There's been 2 firmware updates since I got the unit, they are actively improving things. Mopping is simple, I dump the water out and leave the mop holder and mop off most of the time, just install it for actual mopping and then wash and leave it off again until next time mopping is needed. It's not a super deep mop, more like you'd get just running a microfiber mop around without pushing hard or scrubbing over spots, but it keeps the high traffic areas good enough and we just quickly spot mop by hand any more instead of spending an hour doing the whole floor! We have a year round shedder doggo and it always manages to surprise me how much is in the bin when we dump it. We recently added sand and put up the pool outside, so I bumped up the vac power to Max in the room off the back door and it actually gets the sand. You can name your rooms and add the Roborock skill and then say Alexa ask roborock to clean the (room name).
The bad - Some reviewers noted that the Roborock doesn't do well in really deep pile carpet. The only deep we have is an area rug that has at least 1" long shag threads so I don't let it go on that rug at all anyway. Really just that the camera AI doesn't work as well without a lot of light. If you watch the POV live feed you can see when it goes from full-color to B&W with infrared. So if you want to let it run around without really picking up or checking for dog poop, best turn the lights on. It still does ok in full dark, but many times better with good lighting.
Overall, we almost never get out the vaccuum or mop any more except for spot cleaning, yet have much cleaner floors because it's so easy to let the Roborock do its thing far more often than we would have "Weekly" ourselves.

thank you so much for this input. It is greatly appreciated. I see this unit as an 'inbetween" manual mopping. I am impressed the water tank has been sufficient. My home square footage is around yours but most of it carpeted. I'll do some additional research on this unit. the ability to mop is a definite plus but I am concerned whether it would be to my expectations. I go through a lot of 'swiffer wet mop pads' during mopping, not sure how this unit will keep up with just one mop pad.
