Specs look similar to the Monoprice monitor that was on sale for $250, but Acer is a better brand.. hmm

Monoprice monitors are rebranded panels with monoprice components. It says in the specs most of the time. Usually LG, Samsung, etc. If you take the monoprice, get it through target online with red card because you'll get another 5% off and be able to use gift cards

Actually, Monoprice have rebranded acer monitors before. All brands source panels from lg/samsung/Au-optronics depending on the model.

Read a number of complaints of ghosting on this. Not sure if those were isolated cases though, it is Costco so you definitely have more than enough time to find out and return it.

Was actually thinking about the other 32" Acer they have for $210, refresh is only 75, and not as bright, but it's a IPS, flat, and quite a bit cheaper Big Grin But this is tempting, not that I have a video card currently that can do 1440p at 165fps, thanks world wide greed, but having something ready if things normalize would be nice.

Literally just purchased the Gigabyte G32QC for $40 more. Specs seem almost exactly the same. Anyone have experience with either of these?

I initially bought this monitor back in Feb when it was on sale for $330 at Costco, but ended up returning it due to ghosting. Not to say that it was useless, but the ghosting was pretty noticeable.

Best Buy happened to have the Dell S3220DGF on sale for $375 and bought that. That monitor has way less ghosting, though response time is supposedly slower. I also prefer the more subdued design of the Dell, but that's subjective.
