I personally think it filters out the dust and air pollutants. I've found a few times I will turn on the fan and my allergies will subside. It won't be completely gone but it helps a bit.
Cheaper fans are definitely better
I agree. I got it and I'm disappointed.
Air stream is weak even on highest level. Also I thought it would be quiet to use it in the bedroom at night but on the quiet levels there is almost no air stream. I'm really disappointed because I thought it would be worth it.
